New York, New York

I (Dad) just spent two weeks in Manhattan installing mahogany paneling and furniture that we made in a plastic surgeon's office. The walls were bare when we first arrived on 84th street just off Madison Ave.

We started by putting up strapping to hold the Mahogany paneling.

The same space ten days later.

This is the nine foot tall entry door we built. Pretty spectacular.

One night we went up to Harlem to visit Josh and Eurydicy( and little Evlalia) in their reclaimed brownstone. The place was pretty impressive. Did you know that there is a 75 foot wide strip of grass between the backs of the brownstones . In Manhattan! I was amazed.

A close up of some of the paneling.

The receptionist's desk. If you look back a few posts you can see this desk under construction.

Last Chance in January to Publish about Christmas

All the kids and spouses showed up. The house was full again. We all went up to LL Beans to see the lights and Fireworks.

Shimmery came down from the attic.
